$500 The VIP package includes (quantities are limited, buy early for this option)

• 2 event entry tickets

• Parking at the event

• 8 activity tokens (tokens can be used for mechanical bull rides, beer pong, specialty cocktails)

$100 Individual early bird tickets March 1- March 31 

$120 Individual late bird ticket April 1- April 22

 

*All tickets include entry to the event, door prize raffle entry, event favor keepsake, delicious food, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Family and Friends:

All Lex family and friends are welcome at this rip-roaring western partaaay. Attendees must be 21 and over. Please share this webpage with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, friends, long lost relatives, etc. The more the merrier!

Rooms must be booked by March 27th to take advantage of this special rate. 

 

Parking

The only way to park at the event is to purchase the VIP package. All other parking is in nearby public parking lots. 

 

Event Activities (Activity tokens will be available for purchase at the event) 

Mechanical Bull: You read that right! Get ready to test your skills on the mechanical bucking bull. Hold on tight folks, we're in for one wild ride of an evening.

Beer Pong Tournament: Challenge accepted! Partners can enter the beer pong tournament throughout the evening. Winning teams will take home a medal of honor. 

Liquor Lockup: A bootlegger has left behind a chest of booze. Vintage keys will be available for purchase at the event, the key that opens the lock takes home the load. Cheers!

Silent and Live Auction- Prizes include vacation packages, sports memorabilia, tickets, giftcards, experiences, and more!

 

Just for funzies:

Door Prize: Everyone in attendance will be automatically entered into the door prize raffle. Someone's going to take home a ton of swag just for showing up, partner!

Favors: Each guest will take home a one-of-a-kind glass souvenir to remember the yeehaw for years to come
