It's that time again...bring the WHOLE family down to Lexington for acommunity-building work day "Norwegian style"..It's a dugnad! What's a dugnad?
Help spruce up the garden and other areas around campus. Come all day or for part of the day. It all helps to beautify Lexington! Some of our garden projects will include pruning, setting up a new log play area, organizing the greenhouse, and spreading compost and mulch.
There will be some Norwegian inspired music, fun, coffee, and a BBQ lunch provided (vegetarian options, too)....and possibly a special “kransekake.” Mr. Deppong will be making Norwegian waffles for the early arrivals.
To be sure we have enough food for everyone, please RSVP as soon as possible by signing up for a work slot.
