In November, Lexington was honored to host special guest California State Senator Jim Beall. Senator Beall came to our school after our students wrote to him urging him to support legislation aimed at reducing single-use plastic. He recognized our teachers, toured our Life Lab, and spoke to our students about their efforts to take action on behalf of the environment. We are so proud of our students making their voices heard as Global Citizens.
